It covers an area of 80000 square meters, with a factory construction area of 30000 square meters, a registered capital of 10 million yuan, 15 technical personnel, 2 square and rectangular pipe production lines, and 2 ERW4002 × 16 high-frequency welding assembly lines; Production specifications: 100 * 100-300 * 300mm, 100 * 120-200 * 400mm, wall thickness 3.75-16mm, with over 600 varieties. Product standards: GB/T6728-2002, EN10210-2006, EN10219-2006, JIS3192-2010. The products are widely used in large-scale steel structures, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, automobiles, and oil extraction platforms, with an annual production capacity of 200000 tons. The transportation and testing equipment is complete, with 7 technical patents, meeting the standards and requirements of major projects at home and abroad.

From October 10th to 13th, 2018, Roche Certification Company evaluated our company's European standards EN10210-1:2006 and EN10219-1 for S235JRH, S275J0H, S275J2H, S355J0H, S355J2H, and S355K2H materials, American standard ASTM A501-2007 for Grade 50 materials, Japanese standard JIS G 3192:2010 for SM400B, SM400C, SM490B, and SM490C materials, and national standard GB/T6728-2002 for Q235C, Q235D, Q345D, Q345E, Q390D, and Q390E materials, with specifications of 100 * 100-300 * 300mm and 100 * 120-200mm, respectively. A three-day BC1 certification audit was conducted for the 400mm square tube product and quality management system with a wall thickness of 3.75-16mm. During the certification process, the square tube production workshop was audited on-site, and 92 sets of type test products and 5 sets of square tube product process technical documents and records were reviewed. Four sets of product physical and chemical performance tests were verified. The reviewing teacher conducted a sampling inspection of our company's square tube production process control system, and the sampling inspection results met the basic requirements of BC1:2012. At the final meeting, the product certification scope was jointly confirmed with technical leader Liu Enchen, management representative Zhang Haijun, quality assurance engineer Liu Falei, square tube workshop manager Zheng Peide, and other relevant personnel. After the audit meets the standards, Roche Certification Company will issue a BC1 certificate.

Xinyida Steel Pipe Group has passed the BC1 (Singapore Design Guidelines for Steel for Construction Engineering) certification audit, which not only represents a step forward for Xinyida Steel Pipe Group from the original single spiral tube product to the operation of various products such as square and rectangular tubes, but also represents a new level of certification qualifications for Xinyida Steel Pipe Group. It also means that the business areas of sales elites have expanded the square and rectangular tube application market in China, the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries and regions centered on the application of steel for construction engineering in Singapore, on the basis of the original three international sales fields of oil and gas API 5L products, EU boiler pressure vessel PED products, and building structure CPR products.
