This year's framework bidding is different from previous years, with a validity period of "two" years. This makes us more careful and rigorous in preparing the bidding documents, and any negligence can be avoided. This time, a total of 24 petroleum and petrochemical enterprises and social enterprises participated in the bidding, including Huayou Steel Pipe, Baoji Steel Pipe, Shandong Shengli Steel Pipe, Shashi, Tongyu, Jinzhou, Yulong, Bohai Equipment, Bosway, Baoshun, Panyu the Pearl River, Liaoning Large, etc. The competition is quite fierce. The Bid Inviter will strictly review the scale, equipment capacity, sales performance, product performance, service mode, technical scheme, price composition and other aspects of the bidder, and the degree of rigor is far higher than in previous years, because this year is a two-year period of validity. According to the bidding documents, the winning principle is 6:2:2, divided into suppliers A, B, and C. In this bidding, there are also well-known suppliers and state-owned enterprises that have all failed. Based on their strength, it is definitely not a hardware problem, but rather a negligence in details that led to fatal injuries. Perhaps this is how details determine success or failure. At the same time, it also sounded the alarm for us that seemingly simple things should be done in a complex way. Every sentence and word should be carefully read and studied. The annual framework of PetroChina and Sinopec is the college entrance examination, which requires careful grading, careful examination, and diligent answering.
